On Pointe, a conversation with Barbara Crockett (2014)

Documentary on legendary ballet teacher Barbara Crockett, who started dancing for The San Francisco Ballet in 1936 and founded the Sacramento Ballet in 1945. She was also instrumental in the development of Regional Dance in America, Pacific Region. At 95, Ms. Crockett still teaches seven classes a week (Deane Dance Center), plays tennis three days a week, does Pilates every week, and rehearsals for the Crockett-Deane Dance Company. There are Barbara Crockett dancers in ballet companies all over the world. Her love of dance is an inspiration to all.
