The Tormented

When Danni Cantelli arrives at her new high school she quickly befriends a youthful, yet terrified Stephen Riser. Stephen, bullied for years by Andrew (a rising star athlete suffering from years of domestic violence and abuse at the hands of his father) struggles to maintain his grades and attendance in order to achieve his life dream of becoming the first in his family to attend college. Three lives, Danni, Andrew and Stephen each a point on the "bully triangle," each tormented in their own way, converge and the unexpected takes place to tell a riveting and emotional story of teenage bullying, domestic violence and survival.
