It turns out that singing in a choir may be an effective form of psychotherapy. A group of depressed Londoners from various social backgrounds, meet regularly to sing out their frustration, fear and trauma under the supervision of a charismatic jazz vocalist from New York. Fragments of these unique rehearsals are intertwined with the confessions of characters revealing very personal stories.
