When she was a child Andrea was ignored by her mother, for that reason, she created an imaginary friend who she decides to call Itzel... But instead of helping her to get better, Itzel becomes the enemy of her creator. Andrea was hospitalized in a clinic for mentally ill people, where she discovers a terrible secret and is threatened. Now with the help of her companions, she must face the nurses and her own imaginary friend to escape and say the terrible secrets.
