A Hollow Point (2018)

A police detective commits suicide, but wakes up still alive after shooting himself in the head. He has no memory of who he is or the reason why he wanted to kill himself. He starts to solve his own mystery of why he is still alive and slowly uncovers the truth about his twisted past.
