The Water

A massive drought hit the small city of Kuwait at the beginning of the last century before oil was discovered. No drinking water is left except for some private wells owned by wealthy individuals. A vicious skipper discovers a great wells and hides it from everyone in town. Clashes starts happening after the water peddlers breaks in his well.
