Memoirs of a Godfather (2016)

Memoirs of a Godfather is a dark comedy web series set during the 1930's Great Depression era. The cinematic style is film noir. The comedic approach of the series encompasses situational humor blended with elements of slapstick comedy. The story focuses on a small town crime boss and his small outfit of misfits and their comical, inept attempts to control and profit off of the repressed townspeople. The story takes place in the fictional town of Wilkins which is presumed to be in the state of Georgia, just outside of the city of Atlanta. The entirety of the series is filmed in a black and white cinematic style.
