Dola (1993)

Dola is a high-caste Hindu girl studying in medical college. Saikat likes the way she recites a poem and enjoys the way she dances at a freshers' college reception. But conflict arises between the families of the two young people because of their different religions. Dola's father, Shib Shankar, arranges her marriage to Alok. Can Dola and Saikat reunite and stay together?
