Les jumeaux (1996)

Nathalie is six years old and lives alone with her father, in that her mother is in a clinic. She also has a brother and a sister. They are sixteen-years-old-twins, and she hardly knows them because they were entrusted to a woman charged with taking care of them while waiting for their mother to recover. This woman has a daughter the same age as Nathalie, who considers the twins her brother and sister.
