Psychiatry professor Peter Steinach (56) is court-appointed with discretionary powers, as before, to offer intense alternative therapy to troublesome teen repeat offenders. Latest charge Alia was recently paroled after four years in juvenile detention for misdeeds committed with disowned friend Nina. Her last significant other is kid brother Noah Kolaj (12), a cute schoolboy and hip-hop dancer, whom she fears might follow her bad example under bad influences, as they were rejected by their now deceased mother. Charismatic Dr. Steinach wins reluctant Alia's attention and confidence, challenging her to record her life and his dares with his video camera, to be discussed. Steinach's method proves a ruthless self-confrontation, and Dr. Steinach discretely films her Noah, which feels to her as stalking.
