The Color War Ends Tonight (2017)

In the future not far away, World War III breaks out between the Nazis and the Ethnics. Huang, a spy from the Ethnic camp, whitewashes his gene to impersonate Johnny White, a Nazi weapon expert, in an attempt to sneak into the Nazi Headquarters and execute "Holy Wood", the ultimate gene weapon that can kill the whites all at once. However, in his meeting with the Nazi Führer Dr. Hate, he discovers a giant secret behind the war.
