Tessa is just an ordinary secretary working at an advertising firm - except that her boyfriend Scott is a legendary vigilante, the only thing stopping their run-down city from descending into chaos. Scott is embroiled in a feud with an elite terrorist organization who are want to control the media outlets in the city.
