Kensuke's Kingdom (2023)

Kensuke’s Kingdom follows the thrilling adventure of Michael, a young boy embarking on a once-in-a-lifetime sailing trip with his family. However, excitement turns to fear when a violent storm strikes, sending Michael and his dog, Stella, overboard. They wash ashore on a remote island, where survival becomes a challenge. As Michael navigates this new reality, he discovers he’s not alone. He encounters Kensuke, a mysterious Japanese man living on the island since World War II. Initially wary of each other, they must put their differences aside when dangerous invaders threaten their fragile paradise, forcing Michael and Kensuke to unite to protect their home.
