Dr. Sadismo's Theater of the Macabre (1986)

A diabolically evil magic illusionist, Dr. Sadismo, parodies the mad doctors and fiends of cult/horror exploitation, but is his brand of gore and torture to real for his femme fatale victims? When a young female journalist enters his "Theater Of The Macabre," she is dared (as is the viewing audience) to ascertain reality from fantasy. The camera remains "hot" (on) at the end of the scripted shooting to further cause chaos and speculation.
