Quinn O'Hara and her two friends, Cameron Wade and Bernie Cantos, all in their mid to late twenties, start a business on a shoestring in a "ghetto" section of town. Their goal is to help anyone who wants to make a movie to make it. People from all walks of life come to them with their ideas and dreams. Like Cyril, who has money to spend and possibly the worst story for a movie our trio has ever heard. And no matter how much they try to dissuade him, he's relentless and convinces them that no matter what they have to do, he wants his story made into a movie. Then there's Frankie, an 11-years-old from the ghetto, who comes to them with a story that touches their hearts. So much so that they offer to make a short movie for him using their own money. Who our trio turns out to be and how Cyril and Frankie so powerfully and positively impact their lives is only the beginning. Human, funny and poignant all at once.
