See You (2016)

Dominic is alone. His girlfriend, Anna, has grown cold and distant from him, turning his world into a living slideshow of memories and projections. Dom is losing his grip on reality as he fights and clings to the good memories of their love, while fighting the horrid projections in his mind of why she may be gone.
