13 Commandments (2016)

Inspired by the Ten Commandments, a perpetrator commits a series of gruesome crimes hoping to jolt society's conscience with them. Proclaiming himself as a modern-day Moses, he aims to restore moral standards and punishes transgressors ruthlessly. Two police officers get involved in an impossible hunt for the culprit, who becomes more and more popular with the public, despite the cruelty of his crimes.
