God Have Mercy (2016)

Britain 2024 - a new prime minister is elected. Crime rates soar causing pressure for the new leader to take control. Capital punishment is born again. The parents of a murdered child stand before their sons 17 year old killer noosed on the gallows. Ellen (mother) stares longingly in disbelief asking herself whether she is committing the same crime as her sons killer live on TV. Michael's (father) eyes glisten with anger and hatred for the young boy before him.
