Four strangers have volunteered themselves for what they believe is a medical trial concerning a new treatment for their individual ailments. When they show up for the experiment (which is in an old radio station), they quickly realize the real test will be quite different from what they ever imagined. As the time ticks away, they are forced to work as a team to find their way out before it's too late.
