The Guest (2008)

Amir wants nothing more than to escape: generally from his father, by leaving the country, and more immediately from a car full of angry men that is chasing him. However, Amir's plans are ruined when he causes a car accident while trying to avoid the pursuing car. The victim, an elderly man, is left in a coma. Amir finds his own life put on hold as he deals with the aftermath of the crash. When Amir meets the victim's son Hassan, a furious outlaw who suffers from a heart disease, Amir must reassess his values on life and fleeing responsibility.
