Vera Windsor is an elderly, widowed woman living with Alzheimer's Disease. As her illness worsens quite suddenly, Vera, through times of stubbornness, turns to her at-home nurse Julie for guidance and support. Julie sees Vera weaken each day, taking a toll on her expectation to be nothing more than professional with her client.
