Above and Below (2015)

Aydin works as a technician at a crane depot. The young man wants to become a crane-operator but fears heights. His colleague, an engineer Samed, bullies him and tries to force Aydin into participating in his corrupt schemes by writing off well-functioning equipment as 'total loss'. But Aydin refuses and tries to keep his integrity.
