Ascendance 2: Origins (2017)

Follow the origin story of the ascendance characters, as cybernetics giving people superpowers are developed by the military, but soon made illegal. Three soldiers go rogue and begin making and distributing these cybernetics, in an effort to better mankind. However, they are soon taken advantage of and harassed by a much larger cybernetic gang. Meanwhile, an anti cybernetic police department forms.
