Mouth to Mouth (2017)

A lifeguard named Austin pays children to pretend they're drowning so he can "save them" in order to impress Jessica, the female lifeguard he works with. That is, until one kid named Ryder comes in with plans of getting mouth to mouth with her and stealing her for himself.
