The 12 (2017)

There are no sex scenes or kissing. A woman's cleavage is shown. There are some sexual references - one character talks about not being a virgin and another conversation about having "lovers."

A man gets hit in the head and has a gash on his forehead. A woman gets thrown to the ground. The protagonist has a suicide vest and there are threats of blowing everyone up. Other violence is insinuated off-screen.

There is no smoking, alcohol or drug use however there is mention of a character being an alcoholic etc.

The film has many tense scenes involving a gunman and hostages inside a church.
