A Matter of Time (2015)

In the not too distant present, Dr. Phil Edgerton, a research scientist, has found a way to squeeze out the space between atoms thereby reducing a human to a mere wavelength of energy infinitely long such that time does not exist. During a worldwide Ebola outbreak, terminally ill Leon Kendall undergoes the first human test of the process virtually suspending his existence for 40 years. During his "absence", cures for all diseases are found, and upon his return -- to him it was a mere moment , he learns that he has become the first person to have cheated the aging process: he is 40 years younger than he would have been had he not undergone Edgerton's experiment.
