"Sharon Talks" is an imaginary short film ride about actress Sharon Tate getting ready to play Jennifer North in "Valley of the Dolls." Her performance won her a Golden Globe nomination for most promising newcomer, but her career was cut short when she was murdered by the Charles Manson family in her Benedict Canyon home in 1969. "Sharon Talks" is set in her California home, in a raw interview style, and about acting, friendship, America, wild animals, the beginning of her relationship with Roman Polanski, and more free association as she builds the character of Jennifer. This film shows her hope for the future. It's shot in a home movie style that also evokes today's new media live stream style in a playful interplay of then and now in this confessional moment in the life of a Texas-born actress. Shot in continuous rolling action.
