Anamorphosis (2019)

Dr. Harrison Stone is a maverick exorcist and professor who operates outside of the Church on his own authority helping victims of the third kind. After suffering a personal tragedy, Harrison becomes more reclusive until a mismatched group of science students track him down after being scared of a poltergeist forcing Harrison to help them. Harrison soon decides to initiate the three students to help him fight the Fight of his life against a growing evil that would consume the world. The story begins at the time of the Order of the Knights Templars with the discovery of an ancient relic that changes the course of world history. It continues in the 1960s at the height of the Cold War and great social, political, and cultural changes that challenge social and moral norms like never before.
