The Bringer of Light (2013)

A masked killer surprises a group of friends who are making a party in an abandoned house. What makes this killer special, is that he doesn't have any reason to kill them. Not for money, not for fun, not for revenge, not for pleasure, or any other reason. One of the group of friends is helping the killer. At one point, he starts revealing to the survivors something through telepathy.
