Funhouse (2019)

During one part of the movie, there are several cuts to a prolonged scene of a topless woman rubbing her breasts for the confession camera.

A man and woman have sex. They kiss then go into a bedroom and begin having sex with the man on top and ten the woman on. Simultaneously a woman is in another room masturbating. The camera switches back and forth as well as PIP between these sex scenes.

Severe. Prolonged topless nudity. genital nudity and simulated sex.

Ula's arms are ripped off, Nevin gets beaten with a spiked baseball bat by Lonni, James 'Headstone' Malone is brutally beaten and killed by three boxers, Kasper and Lonni shot themselves in the heads to perform a heroic sacrifice for Cat, Dex is melted in acid and Ximenia is stabbed in the head with an axe by Ula. In the beginning, the blonde girl bashes another young woman with a spike baseball bat to the head, and tears that woman's heart out with a knife.
