Victoria Riese, a school teacher tormented by a dark past, has won the Sin Lottery - a lottery system where the winner can commit any crime of their choosing without consequences. But as Victoria undergoes family struggles and media scrutiny, she is recruited by an underground organization bent on destroying the Sin Lottery, which is connected to a much larger government system intent on keeping the rich afloat and the poor in ruins.
