Angel of the City (2014)

Freemont City, California. The high levels of crime have caused that the police be overwhelmed and unable to stop the criminal activities. With the law forces disbanded, a man called William Cartwright arrives to the city to face with the drug dealers that they have become in the new rulers, in a dangerous streets where law is applied with a gun. Just when William arrives, he is witness of some thugs stole a car with a baby inside. Meeting Ellie, baby's mother, William helps her to recover the baby. But when they find the thugs, the situation will complicate more than unexpected.
