Mysteries (2017)

Detectives John Mason and Vinny McCoy chase down an escaped convict in 1950's Austin. Even though they're partners, the two couldn't be more different. John takes his work seriously while Vinny is blissfully ignorant. After catching the criminal, the two report their success to their boss who informs them of a new missing person case. As they investigate, they find the missing man's corpse duct taped to the ceiling of his home. Their findings lead them to investigate 70 different suspects throughout the city. The two come across an old foe and pin the murder on him, but as they prepare to make the arrest they realize who the murderer truly is.
