The House Itself is Silent (2017)

Blake and Kay, a newly married couple, investigate the basement of the old house they have bought. Because the lights aren't working, a lone flashlight provides the only illumination. As they search for the fuse box to try to remedy the situation, the two hear mocking whispers and laughter in the dark. The door suddenly disappears, leaving the two panicked in near total darkness. After Blake drops the flashlight, Kay screams and disappears. Panicked Blake madly searches for her, the whispers driving him crazy, until he runs into a wall where the door should be, slumping to the ground. As he reaches for the dropped flashlight, something pulls him screaming into the darkness. Their voices join the whispers, until a new owner opens the door, searching for the light, again going to look for the fuse box.
