In Fabric (2018)

A mannequin is undressed and washed in a weird sort of ritual. The mannequin has pubic hair. As this is taking place, a man reaches into his trousers. It's implied he is masturbating. We see a close up of a vaginal opening on the mannequin as blood pumps out of it. One of the women washing the mannequin reaches into its vagina and then puts her bloody fingers into her mouth. The man seems to climax, which is shown via his expression and by a semen-like substance squirting across frame in a three-round burst. This is the most sexually graphic scene in the film.

A man performs oral sex to his older girlfriend as his mother watches through a keyhole. His head obscures any nudity and is only shown on-screen briefly.

A man gives oral sex to his girlfriend as she's tied to a bed. He is entirely under the covers; nothing graphic is seen and lasts for a minute.

A man masturbates under his bedsheet to a drawing of an abstract vagina. Elsewhere, a drawing of an abstract anus can be seen.

A couple have sex. The man thrusts into the woman from on top, while the woman talks to him distractedly. They're covered by the sheets so no nudity is seen. Not very graphic.

A stag night depicts heavy alcohol use and features a man vomiting twice. He has a heavy hangover the next day.

Several somewhat disturbing sequences surrounding a killer dress. Nothing too overt.
