The Devil Hunter (2017)

After World War 2, Senior Japanese Officials and their followers were killed and buried together in China after being defeated and forced to give in by the Chinese government. A group of Japanese misfits called the Japanese Evil People of Nine Chrisanthemum, seeking revenge, sealed their graves and began to plot against China. Before the plan can come to an end, the Chinese police captain Li and Taoist Master Mao Yuan Feng discovered the conspiracy, and killed some of their members. The ones who survived began to learn how to control and use the blood of their former dead members to call them back from Hell to help them into their evil plan, becoming Devil Masters. But before they succeed their Japanese Imperialist Aggressive ambition, Captain Li and Taoist master Mao Yuan Feng defeat and kill them, preventing group to achieve their evil conspiracy.
