The film narrates retrospectively the story of a young Polish woman, who aborted her child a few years ago and continues to suffer from this painful experience. Worse still than the traumatic experience itself is for them the social dealings with this topic, as well as the social pressure. Their childhood and youth were characterized by a Catholic conservative environment, which is still influenced by attempted emancipation. To this day she could hardly confide to a person and had to make her experiences with herself. The film tells her personal story, in which he starts in the present and travels back to her past. In doing so, we want to highlight individual strong and concise memories and experiences, which gradually become like individual puzzle pieces and thus a very intimate picture of our protagonist emerges. We learn of their early fascination for the church image created by the Church, their desire for belonging, and the later rifts that have arisen through double mourning and the resulting attempt to emancipate them. We learn from their naive fear of swimming with boys, getting pregnant, their traumatic experiences in family planning lessons, their painful abortion and their consequences. Through their personal stories, universal themes such as the role of the woman, the social pressure and the influence of the church are addressed.
