Unzertrennlich nach Verona (2018)

The former dream couple Ulla and Jan are really done with each other after 20 years of marriage. Not even the memories of happy days ensure a break in the permanent clinch. Unfortunately for both of them, Ulla and Jan have a connection that cannot be broken despite their separation: their 16-year-old daughter Julia. Of course, there are also considerable differences of opinion in questions of upbringing. While Jan, an undercover agent by profession, relies on trust, the tough criminal judge Ulla swears by absolute control. After all, even at a young age, she was not a child of sadness. When Jan gives his daughter a trip to Verona for her favorite band's concert, Ulla is immediately on high alert. Not entirely wrong - as it turns out: because Juliet, who was enthusiastic about Shakespeare, is on her way to finally meet her Romeo there, whom she has only known from the Internet so far. While the teenager is hitchhiking to Italy with her best friend, Jan and Ulla spontaneously follow them on their motorcycles. In trying to save their daughter from dangerous stupidity, they cannot help but confront their own mistakes.
