Carga (2018)

The movie is about human trafficking. There's one rape scene which is pretty inexplicit, but a female nipple is slightly visible near the end of the scene. Another attempted rape scene in which nothing really happens.

Quite a few people are shot. Not much gore but we do see some blood. One female is raped and screams the entire time, though the scene is pretty inexplicit.
