Girl in a Coma (2018)

This story thrust itself into existence after the writer met a girl who overdosed, yet survived her Coma. The life journeys of hurting desperate people bubbled up into GIRL IN A COMA from the writer's experiences (leading group meetings in a Hospital Detox lockdown). It was filmed, in part, to raise awareness of the dangers of a specific class of drugs. The film was intentionally cut out-of-sequence, raising many questions that are resolved in the last scenes. We tried to inject some humor into the story as well.
