Following erratic allegations of being abducted by a UFO, Laura, a young woman convinced that an invasion is imminent, is confined to a psychiatric ward. Despite her best efforts, the ward doctors aren't buying Laura's testimony, labeling her an abduction fantasist. Laura's situation seems hopeless, until a visiting doctor, takes an interest in her abduction claims. As the pair bond, Laura quickly identifies her doctor as an ally in her quest for the truth. But behind the friendly doctor/patient relationship lies unanswered questions. Does Laura truly believe she was abducted? Is the doctor really as empathetic as he claims to be? And if the visitors are on their way, is it too late to save humanity?
