Tender Cousins (1980)

France, 1939, 14-year-old Julien is caught up in the complexities of love. His heart longs for his cousin Julia, who lives with her family in their quaint hotel. The challenge, however, lies in the vast age difference, and Julia remains oblivious to Julien's affections. As if the odds weren't already stacked against him, the unexpected arrival of the handsome and older Charles intensifies the competition for the girl's heart and casts a shadow over Julien's chances of capturing her attention.
