A man sees a topless woman in a vision.

A woman is briefly topless in front of a mirror.

The opening scene concerns the executions of three women named as witches. One is tied to a burning wheel and rolled away, one is burned at the stake and the other is eaten by pigs.

A man is seen removing worms or maggots from his skin several times.

A man accidentally falls into a water pit and begins to sink down. He calls for help to a woman who insists that he killed his wife deliberately.

A woman has a nightmare where she is being burned as a witch. One of the men is wearing a devilish mask. Another man comes and presses a knife into her neck. She screams and wakes up.

A woman is going to bed. She pulls back the cover to see a venomous snake coiled up.

A woman is dragged out of her house, tied up and left for dogs to attack her. Some blood is seen as she screams.

A woman is carried outside and tied at the wrists and ankles. She is dragged behind a pickup truck as she screams.

A woman is tied to a stake. A man lightly drags a pitchfork over her body. She shoots laser beams out of her eyes to cause one man to explode. Another man's head melts.

One man is seen smoking on at least two occasions.

A man is seen drinking from a bottle of liquor.

The executions of the three women may be upsetting to some. One woman screams repeatedly as she is dragged off to be eaten by pigs. Close-ups of one or more pigs are seen chewing. One woman is strapped to a wagon wheel which is then set on fire and rolled away. The third woman is bound and burned alive at the stake. She screams and then curses the townsfolk before disappearing. An image of her burned head keeps reappearing and repeating the curse.
