A woman describes how another woman had been badly beaten by her husband and killed him in self defense and is on criminal charges. She is a strong advocate for violence against woman.
A man suddenly attacks a woman, who is wearing her jewelery from a closet. He slashes at her front cutting a bloody gash across her breast which is covered by a gown. He then slashes again and slashes her across her forearm which she has used to protect her face.......we see the bloody gash appear. The woman then manages to escape to her bedroom where the killer attempts to break down the door. Her gown is covered in blood and she starts to feel nauseous. She hides in a dumb waiter and the killer manages to stop it half way down and cuts the rope and the woman falls to the floor and crashes out of the dumb waiter........ she crawls over the floor and we see the feet of her dead housekeeper.
An old lady in an hospital bed has her oxygen tube cut....the killer assumes it is someone else initially....we see her struggling to breath and the killer takes photos of her as she is dying. This sequence is quite prolonged.
A female nurse is stabbed in the stomach with a large switch knife and it is seen being twisted in her belly while the killer gags her mouth with his hand. We later her see her dead on the floor with a large bloody gash on her uniform.
*SEE SEX & NUDITY AS WELL*A man gets rough with a young woman and asks her to strip. She starts to get nervous at his aggression but complies. There is no nudity, but she is seen in her underwear and the man attempts to sexually violate her, by forcefully grabbing her by the back of her hair and throwing her on the bed. He then torments her with a large switch blade and rips her top with the knife after running it over her body. He then forcefully turns her on stomach and proceeds to appear to kiss her back, we see a shot of the woman crying and in pain..........as it later turns out, he has bitten her all over her back leaving bite marks and bruising. She also has bruising on her face, implying more assault. It is suggested he couldn't function sexually and his actions are performed out of frustration. This is an intense attempted rape sequence although no forced sexual activity implying penetration is shown or happens.
There are photos of the killers victims in agony stuck to the wall of his closet. They have been arranged to create the image of a deaths head skull.
A old man is shown in a nursing home with a large scar on his face.
A woman throws a pot of boiling oil on a mans face in protest after her attempts to have sex with her in the kitchen.
A sick man who has just had an operation, has a black squash ball violently shoved in his mouth. He is then shown a large switch knife and then stabbed with it while lying in his bed. The stabbing appears off screen, but the mans arm can be seen reacting to the violence being perpetrated on his body.
A man briefly has his face crushed by the killers hands.
A man is thrown through a window.
A woman is stabbed in the stomach and then repeatedly kicked while she is lying on the floor, as her attacker takes photos of her in painful agony.
A man tightens a belt around the top of his arm and violently smashes his forearm on a glass bottle. We see a long closeup shot of the glass stuck in his arm and blood dripping out.
The killer stalks an injured woman through a hospital basement and it's corridors, attempting to kill her.
A woman stabs a man in the stomach through a shower curtain and twists the knife. We see the knife sticking out of his stomach with a bloody gash wound.
