A la pálida luz de la luna (1985)

Carmela leaves Julio, her dreamer of a husband, for an intellectual who has thrived in the US. Julio rents a room in the house of a washed-up aristocrat. From then on, he meets a picturesque gallery of rogues. His landlord, addicted to the casino, makes ends meet with scams to the Social Security in complicity with his loyal butler. Finally, Julio decides to get Carmela back.
