Pledge Night (1988)

Two scenes feature female topless nudity, including a short sex sequence.

A closeup of a few pages of a pornographic magazine where explicit sexual acts are clearly visible.

Many characters are killed in various ways, including electrocution, many stabbings by different instruments and strangulation. And two men have their stomachs graphically burst open, with lots of blood and gore in the second half of the film.

"fuck" is used 5 or more times, and several uses of milder profanities including "shit", "damn" and "bastard".

The film features a zombie chasing and killing frat members, which can be quite frightening. It is a bit campy and not super scary, however.
