Paradise America (1990)

Many topless women can be seen. Both male and female full frontal nudity. A man and a woman make out in a bath tub.

A man hits another man's leg with a shovel, quite graphic flesh wound and blood are seen. A man is beaten off screen, we don't see the actual attack but we see him laying on a grass. He has a bloody wound on his head and leg. It's implied that a man is killed and fed to alligators.

Multiple curse words. Some racial slur.

Almost in every scene someone is drinking whiskey/beer or smoking.
