Used People (1992)

There is a rather grotesque scene where it appears at first that a man and a woman are having an affair at a hotel. Instead, the woman handcuffs the man to the bed and proceeds to use a candle flame to singe his body hair to punish him for actions she disapproved of. Some shadowy nudity, no sex. Some risque sexual terms are used. A couple sleeps together prior to marriage, but do not make love. Hippies are seen in a brief shot in compromising positions in the park. No nudity.

A boy has blood from a cut on his leg in the final scene. The candle scene has some violence as well.

1 f-word, many uses of milder language.

Plenty of smoking. A charcter is drunk in a scene. No drugs.

A boy tries to prove he is invincible by proceeding to get into dangerous circumstances. He survives them all. The candle scene is intense for some. Several verbal fight scenes.
