Sculptor Mincho Kolev has been dreaming of putting up an exhibition with his works for years. In the autumn of 1962 the dream comes true. It sparks a public scandal and conformity to the ruling power leads some people to crush the artist and his reputation. The media contributes to that with negative reviews and the exhibition is brought down, all the works taken to a run-down basement and then brought out for recycling. The sculptor faces the drama of having his life's work destroyed, as well as his friends' and his beloved's betrayal. He has a lonely path ahead and climbs up a mountain with his Statue of Victory on his back. A set up the explosives and then it is all peace and quiet...
