La milliardaire (1991)

The accident of Jean Aubrac _ his helicopter crashes in the Alps _ plunges his widow Irène, who has become a billionaire at the head of an industrial empire, into the maelstrom of big finance. Faced with two formidable enemies, Léone Raynaud (Judith Magre), her husband's first wife, and Jeremy Scott (Klaus Grunberg), an unscrupulous American raider, she will struggle, for three episodes of ninety minutes, in the crooked world of business, grappling with a South American dictator.
